A website designed for an expansion and re-build for an industrial/lab science property in Canton, MA
30 Dan, Canton is an industrial/lab science property located in Canton, Ma. With tenant occupancy set for Q1 of 2024, the client wanted a website that will celebrate the property’s rebrand and prime location.
To attract prospective life science tenants, it’s important to show what this location can do for them, both professionally and personally. Two maps display this information. The Local Amenities map showcases the many restaurants, stores, etc. that 30 Dan tenants can enjoy. The Life Science Corridor map provides greater context to the kinds of life science companies in the area as well as the impact they’ve had on the area.
Because this is such a large build, there are different ways the space can be used depending on how many tenants occupy the building. Four different floor plan scenarios were laid out in a carousel style where the user could press arrows to move between them. They also have the ability to download and print these plans.
To keep prospective tenants up-to-date on the build, a camera was installed on the premisses and a time lapse of the project’s progression was created, which can be viewed on the website. The user also as access to a live feed of the job site and can view still images from each day.
