Colliers Boston hosted a casino-themed holiday party for are largest clients in which they had the opportunity to play classic casino games, enjoy upscale food and drink, and network with fellow brokers, property owners, and tenants. Guests had the opportunity to win money for a charity of their choice with Colliers donating as well.


Colliers Holiday Royale's branding consists of four unique spades, the Colliers "C of Spades". Each spade was hand-drawn in Procreate and digitized in Adobe Illustrator to create organic and ornamental illustrations.

Over a period of four weeks, we sent out email blasts to a list of clients and cooperating brokers in a drip campaign. Each week we sent out an e-blast with a different C of Spade. The first announcing the event and RSVP is open. The second directs guests to view the rules of each game available at the event. The third unveils the list of charities guests can choose to donate their nights' winnings. The fourth e-blast is a reminder to make guests excited for the event and brush up on games, charities and causes.

Large window decals were designed and printed for this event. The cards from the email campaign were printed into four large decals and installed on the glass separating the cafe space from the office space. Carrying the brand further, a large decal was printed and installed at the entrance of our space, welcoming visitors to the event as soon as they got off the elevators.

The day after the event, we thanked our guests for attending our event with an animated LinkedIn post showcasing some of the festivities of the evening.

A Successful Event

The client who won the most chips this evening donated their winnings to Home Base, a national nonprofit offering free, world-class care for Veterans, Service Members, and their families. Colliers also donated to the Mass General and Boston Red Sox-founded organization.

In addition to the brochure and website, I also created a recurring
E-Blast sent to cooperating brokers as well as a postcard and golf ball that were sent to perspective clients.
