A brochure design for a major shopping center in Dedham, MA
Legacy Place is a shopping mall centered around retail, food and entertainment in an outdoor setting. In addition an exceptional experience for consumers, businesses have exciting opportunities for office space at Legacy Place. To advertise such an opportunity, WS asked Colliers to design a brochure that showcases everything Legacy Place has to offer.
Placing the building with the available office space inside of the Legacy Place logo is a fun way to present the offering. It puts both the logo and availability front and center, tying Legacy Place and the office space together. The logo acts as a window in which prospective tenants can take a glimpse into Legacy Place.
The first spread in the brochure highlights all the location benefits of the office space including amenities and access points. The map is black and white while Legacy Place remains in color to put a greater emphasis on the shopping center as well nearby major routes, and drive times.
To display the large floor plans effectively, each was placed on it’s own page to maximize the space, show as much detail as possible, and articulate what each floor has to offer and how they connect with each other.
